Support Channels
User Panel Support Tickets
For plan and data allowance checks, client connection issues, payment orders, and refund requests. For account-related issues, submit a ticket from the relevant account so you can explain the context and provide any additional details.
Response times depend on the panel's actual processing status; no fixed reply time is guaranteed on this page. Check your ticket for status updates and replies. Add follow-up details to the original ticket whenever possible.
Email and Telegram
VPNJW has not published a support email address or Telegram contact, so no links or response times are available for these channels. Use a panel ticket for account and order questions. Do not send credentials or payment details to unverified external contacts.
What to Include Before Submitting
Connection and Client Issues
Include your platform, the route name shown in the client, roughly when the issue occurred, and what happened: unable to connect, connected but unable to access sites, or an issue with just one app. Mention whether you tried switching routes or updating the subscription to avoid repeating troubleshooting steps.
If you attach an image, show only the error message and relevant screen. Hide subscription links, QR codes, and other access credentials before taking a screenshot. Download clients and subscriptions from the download section in the panel.
Payments, Data Allowances, and Refunds
Include the order ID shown in the panel, payment method, and order status, and explain what needs checking. VPNJW accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and never expire; specify your plan type when asking us to check usage.
VPNJW offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, submit a ticket with the order details and your request. See the Terms of Service for full details.
Do not include your account password or full subscription link in a support ticket. Before sharing diagnostic files or screenshots, check that they do not contain access credentials.
