Create an Account and Sign In
Use the “Start Free” option below to open the VPNJW dashboard, then follow the prompts to create a username and password. No email address is required. Choose a username that's easy to remember but doesn't reveal your identity. Set a unique password that you don't use on other sites. Check your details before submitting and store your login information in a trusted password manager.
After submitting, follow the page prompts to open your account overview. If you remain on the sign-in page, log in with the username and password you just created. Existing users can skip account creation and sign in through the dashboard. If your username is unavailable or the page flags a formatting issue, update the relevant field and submit again instead of clicking repeatedly.
Once you're in the dashboard, locate the account overview, plans, client downloads, and support tickets. You'll return here to get your subscription and check your connection. Creating an account doesn't configure a server or connect a client. Next, choose a suitable plan and get the subscription to import.
Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order
Open the Plans section in your dashboard. Compare data allowances and billing terms, then confirm the price. VPNJW monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets on the day you activate the plan, not necessarily on the first day of each calendar month. Consider your typical web browsing, AI tools, and video use; you don't need to choose a higher data tier just because you have more devices.
If your usage varies, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Packages remain valid until used and never expire, unlike monthly subscriptions, which reset. Before choosing, review the two billing options on the Plans page, then select one in your dashboard. This helps avoid mistaking a data package for a subscription with a monthly data allowance.
Once you've chosen a plan, follow the dashboard steps to create an order and check the plan name, price, and payment details. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; follow the instructions on the current order page. After paying, return to the dashboard to check your order and plan status. If it hasn't updated, check the existing order before trying to pay again. If the status doesn't match, keep your order details and contact support through a ticket.
VPNJW offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for details. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the result shown in your dashboard. Once your account overview shows an active plan, continue to the subscription step.
Get Your Subscription from the Dashboard
Open the account overview in your dashboard and check your plan status and remaining data before looking for the subscription option. A subscription link isn't a regular information page; it's the access credential a client uses to retrieve your configuration. It gives the client the server list for your account. When servers change, refreshing the subscription usually updates the configuration without requiring you to enter each server manually.
If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, follow its instructions. For manual setup, use the dashboard's copy option to get the complete subscription link, then paste it into your client. Don't copy the account overview URL from your browser's address bar or use an information page URL as a subscription. Check that the copied link contains no spaces, line breaks, or extra text. Don't try to reconstruct it from a screenshot.
Paste your subscription link only into the client you want to use. Don't post it in public comments, online documents, or shared screenshots, and don't enter it into unfamiliar online conversion tools. On shared devices, check your clipboard after copying so you don't accidentally paste the link into a chat or search box. To set up another device, transfer the link securely or sign in to the dashboard on that device and get it there.
“Copy subscription” gets the configuration source; “Import subscription” lets the client read it. Copying the link doesn't finish setup—you still need to follow the client steps below. If your browser doesn't open the client automatically, that doesn't mean the link has expired.
Install a Client and Import Your Subscription
Download the VPNJW client and instructions for your device from the dashboard's client downloads section. Don't pick an installer with the same name from search results. Sign in to download on Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux; you don't need to buy a plan first. An active plan is still required to connect using a subscription. The dashboard checks for an active plan before showing the iOS client option.
Follow the platform-specific steps below to import your subscription. In most clients, a “configuration” stores your subscription, while “servers” or “nodes” are the connection options loaded from it. Import first, then choose a server. Opening the client doesn't mean the configuration was added successfully.
Windows: Import into the Desktop Client
Sign in to the dashboard on your Windows device, open the downloads section, and choose Windows. Install the desktop client using the dashboard instructions. Open it and find the subscription or configuration management section. If the dashboard offers automatic import, leave the client open and click the import option in the dashboard. If your browser asks to open an associated app, make sure it's the client you just installed before confirming.
If nothing opens, return to the client and look for an option such as “Add subscription” or “Import from URL.” Paste the link you copied into the address field, then save and refresh as prompted. When the update completes, you should see a configuration name and server list. Select the newly imported configuration as the active one, not a blank or old configuration. If you see a format error, copy the subscription again from the dashboard; reinstalling the client is usually unnecessary.
macOS: Install the Client and Add a Configuration
On your Mac, open the dashboard's downloads section and select the VPNJW desktop client for macOS. Install and open it as instructed. If macOS displays a confirmation prompt on first launch, check the app source against the dashboard instructions before granting permission in System Settings. Don't disable system security settings just to skip a prompt. If an installation prompt doesn't match the instructions, contact support through a ticket first.
Open the configuration or subscription section in the client. Use the import method provided in the dashboard, or paste your subscription link into the URL import field. Save and refresh, confirm the configuration appears, and set it as the active one. macOS may ask to add a network configuration when you connect; follow the system prompt. Keep the default connection settings at first—there's no need to adjust advanced options yet.
Android: Add a Subscription in the Mobile Client
Sign in to the dashboard on your Android device and download the VPNJW Android client from the downloads section. Install it as prompted by your device. If you see a warning about the app's source, confirm the file came from the dashboard and follow the steps provided by your device. Open the app, return to the dashboard to copy your subscription, then find the add option in the client's configuration list and choose import from a link.
Paste the complete link, then save and refresh the configuration. Once the server list appears, select the configuration you just imported and get ready to connect. On first launch, your device may ask to allow a VPN connection; check the app name before approving. If your clipboard contents change when you switch back to the client, copy the link again from the dashboard rather than trying to fill in the missing parts from memory.
iOS: Open the Dashboard Option and Import Your Subscription
Sign in to the dashboard on your iPhone or iPad and confirm your plan is active before opening the iOS option in the client downloads section. The dashboard provides the appropriate way to get the client. If it says an active plan is required, check your status in the account overview instead of looking for an unofficial download link. Once you've obtained the client through the dashboard, open it and return to the subscription option.
Use the client import method provided in the dashboard whenever possible. For manual setup, choose import from a link in the client's subscription or configuration section, then paste, save, and refresh. When connecting for the first time, your device may ask permission to add a VPN configuration. Check the app name and follow the prompt. A successful import displays server options, but setup isn't complete until you connect and test the service you want to use.
Linux users can get the appropriate client from the same dashboard section and follow the instructions to install it and import the subscription. For more platform-specific details, configuration maintenance, and advanced steps, see the Complete Guide. This guide continues with the connection check required on every platform.
Connect to a Server and Check the Connection
Select the configuration you just imported, open the server list, choose a region that suits the service you want to use, and connect. For the first test, keep the client's default connection and routing settings. If another proxy app is running, close it first so you can tell which client is handling your connection.
Once the client shows that you're connected, open your usual browser and visit the website or app you want to use. Check that the page loads, then try the action you need, such as opening a content page or signing in. The client's connection indicator only shows that the connection process has started. It doesn't prove that every app uses the same route, or replace testing the service itself.
If a website won't load, first check that your regular internet connection is working. Then check your plan status and remaining data in the dashboard. Return to the client, refresh the subscription, and confirm the active configuration has a server list. Try another server. Change one setting at a time and note the result; changing the server, mode, and system settings all at once makes it harder to find the cause.
If only one app fails while other websites work, restart the app and check its sign-in or region messages. The service itself determines account status, regional rules, and content access; one failed page doesn't necessarily mean your subscription isn't working. For more troubleshooting, see FAQs. To compare regions and server types, see the Server List.
Keep Things Updated and Get Help
Once connected, everyday use is simple: open the client, choose a suitable server, and refresh your subscription when needed. If the server list changes or a server stops working, refresh the subscription before considering a fresh import. Don't delete all your configurations after a single failed connection; keeping the original configuration and error message makes troubleshooting and recovery easier.
VPNJW allows unlimited simultaneous devices, but you'll need to install a client and import your subscription on each one. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, so check your remaining allowance and plan status in the dashboard regularly. Monthly subscription data resets on your activation date; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Check your billing option before renewing or upgrading.
To get help, open a support ticket from your dashboard. Include your device platform, the exact error message shown in the client, whether your plan is active, and the steps you've already tried. Hide your subscription link, password, and payment details in screenshots; the error message is usually all that's needed. Never post your full access credentials publicly.
You now have the full setup flow, from account and plan to subscription, client, and a working connection. To solve a specific issue, search by symptom in the FAQs. To learn more about server selection, subscription maintenance, and renewals, read the Complete Guide. There's no need to explore every advanced setting before your first connection.
