Accounts & subscriptions

Use your account to manage the service and your subscription link to import a configuration. Know the difference before updating a subscription or moving to a new device.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create a VPNJW account with a username and password. Keep your username safe and choose a unique password. Never post your password or subscription link in a public forum. After creating your account, visit the user panel to view your account overview, plan, client downloads, and support tickets. Account creation, plan status, and client setup are separate steps: creating an account does not import a subscription into your client. Before connecting, check your plan status in the panel, then follow the guide to get and import your subscription.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it in my client?

Sign in to the user panel and find your subscription details in the account overview. Use the copy or import option provided there. If you have already imported the subscription, select the VPNJW profile in your client’s subscription or configuration list and update it. Then check that the route list appears as expected. If the update fails, first make sure your local network can reach the panel, then check that the link is complete and that you have not selected an old profile. Never paste the link into a search engine or a public conversion site. Check your plan status, subscription status, and update result separately; an old route list still appearing in the client does not prove that the subscription is active.

Do I need to choose a different plan when I switch computers or add a device?

VPNJW allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time, so switching or adding a device does not require a new plan just because of the device count. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. On a new device, sign in to the panel to get the appropriate client and subscription, then import and configure the connection separately. Settings from your old device do not transfer automatically. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on your plan’s data balance: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Before retiring or handing over a device, remove saved account details and subscription settings to prevent your access credentials from going with it.

What should I do if I shared my subscription link in the wrong place or think it has been exposed?

Treat your subscription link like a password. If you shared it by mistake, first delete any public post you can remove, then sign in to the panel and check the subscription management options. If a reset option is available, reset the link, import the new one on each device, and remove the old profile. If you cannot find a reset option or are unsure whether the old link still works, explain the situation in a support ticket through the panel. Changing your account password and replacing your subscription link are separate actions; do not assume that changing the password automatically invalidates the link. When sending screenshots, hide the full link, account password, and sensitive payment details. Show only the status information needed to troubleshoot the issue.

Connections & troubleshooting

Check your local network, client traffic handling, subscription import, and destination access separately. This helps avoid reinstalling the client without finding the cause.

The client says it’s connected, but websites still won’t load. What should I do?

First disconnect the client and confirm that your local network can open everyday websites. Reconnect, then check the selected profile and route. “Connected” usually means the client is running; it does not guarantee that a particular website is reachable. Next, check whether the system proxy or any required traffic-capture feature is enabled, and make sure another proxy app or network tool is not trying to manage traffic at the same time. Try another route in your subscription and compare access to the same site in your browser. If the issue persists, note your operating system, the client’s message, the selected route, and what is failing, then submit a ticket through the panel. A screenshot showing only “Connected” is not enough to diagnose the issue.

Why does my browser work through the proxy, but a particular app doesn’t?

Apps can handle network traffic differently. A browser may follow the system proxy, while some apps use their own connection method or are routed directly by the client’s rules. Check the active rule mode and the connection logs for the app to see whether its requests reach the client. Then look for direct-connection rules for that app or its domain. If your system and client support it, follow the guide to check traffic-capture and permission settings. Avoid changing everything at once: keep the original configuration and test one setting at a time. Check the destination service’s account permissions and regional requirements separately; not every access problem is a route issue.

Where should I start if a subscription update fails or the route list is empty?

Sign in to the panel and check your account and plan status. Then get the subscription link from the panel again instead of using a copy from chat that may be cut off or expired. Check whether your client supports the subscription format, and distinguish an update failure from an update that completes but returns no usable entries. If your local network cannot reach the subscription address, pause any conflicting proxy tools and try again. Avoid repeatedly deleting profiles, which could erase useful error details. If the problem continues, provide the client name, operating system, error message, and step where the failure occurs. You do not need to include the full subscription link in a ticket unless the panel’s troubleshooting process specifically asks for it.

Where can I download the client, and how do I submit a support ticket?

Get the client and subscription through the user panel; they are not distributed through public direct download links. Sign in to download clients for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. Access to the iOS client is available with an eligible plan, as determined by the panel. Open the panel’s downloads section, choose the option for your operating system, and follow the guide to configure it. If you need help, open a support ticket in the panel and include your operating system, the client’s message, the affected website or app, and the troubleshooting steps you have already tried. You may attach screenshots with sensitive details hidden, but do not send your password or full subscription link. Describe separately whether the client opens, the subscription imports, and the destination is reachable.

Speed & routes

Your experience depends on the region, connection path, and destination service. Compare routes using the same device and app to identify what makes a difference.

If things slow down during peak hours, should I switch routes or plans first?

Troubleshoot the connection and route first; do not assume that slow speeds mean your plan is too limited. Use the same device and destination, pause background downloads, and check whether your local network is also slow. Then compare other routes in your subscription. If only one destination is affected, consider the destination service and exit region as part of the diagnosis. If everything is slow, check your local network, traffic-capture settings, and other proxy tools. VPNJW offers 120+ countries / 150+ routes. Choose based on actual access results, not just the region name. Note the affected time, route, and use case to help support investigate.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?

Route types describe connection paths, not a speed ranking that applies to every situation. IEPL, relay, and direct routes can help you compare paths, but the experience also depends on your local network, destination service, and exit region. To get started, identify the region you need for the destination service, then compare the available routes there. A route labeled dedicated is no substitute for checking how it actually performs. After connecting, use the same app for your usual activities and see whether the connection stays reliable; that is more useful than comparing a single momentary result. The routes page explains route types and regions. For the latest options, check the panel and the client after updating your subscription.

Why does a streaming service say it’s unavailable even when my route is in the right region?

Your exit region is only one factor. Streaming services may also consider your account region, content licensing, app cache, and how they identify your current exit point. First confirm that the app’s traffic is actually going through the client. Then check that the selected region matches the content you want to watch. After switching routes, close and reopen the app using its normal process so that an old session is not mistaken for the new route’s result. If access is still restricted, note the platform, region, and message, then check the streaming support page or submit a ticket. Being able to open the home page does not mean the catalog and playback will work, and one successful session is no guarantee of ongoing access.

How does VPNJW’s no-logs policy relate to information shared during troubleshooting?

VPNJW’s stated privacy position is that it does not keep logs; see the privacy policy for details about how information is handled. This is separate from information you choose to provide when reporting an issue. To describe a problem, you can share your operating system, the client’s error message, the route name, and the affected action. You do not need to upload your full browsing history. Before sharing screenshots, hide your account password, subscription link, and sensitive payment details. On public networks, check the destination website’s address and keep your account credentials secure. A no-logs policy does not mean websites can no longer identify your account or that your device will not save local history; those depend on the relevant apps and device settings.

Billing & refunds

Check billing methods and data rules before changing plans, making payments, or requesting refunds. Manage all order-related actions through the user panel.

How much do monthly plans and data packs cost, and who are they for?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packs remain available until used and never expire. Monthly plans suit users who prefer to review usage and renewal plans each month; data packs are managed by their remaining balance. Before choosing, consider how often you use the service, how much you stream, and how many devices you use, then check the plans page for billing details. Unused data on a monthly plan does not automatically carry over forever, and data packs’ no-expiry terms do not apply to monthly plans. The panel shows current plans and available options.

When does monthly plan data reset, and what happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets on the same day of each month as activation. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Check your activation details and current data status in the panel rather than estimating the reset date from the calendar month. Before upgrading, review how the panel will handle your current and target plans, and confirm before proceeding. Proration does not mean you can calculate a fixed amount of extra data or time yourself. Data packs remain available until used and never expire, so their terms differ from monthly plan reset rules. If the panel shows something you do not expect, keep the relevant order details and check with support before proceeding.

Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan status doesn’t update after payment?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Pay through the order flow in the user panel. Do not transfer money to other payment details posted in forums or private messages. After paying, return to the panel and check both your order and plan status. If the page has not updated, revisit the account overview and orders section; closing the payment page alone does not mean the order failed. If you have paid but the status is still missing, keep your order ID and payment receipt, then ask support to check through a panel ticket. Do not pay again just to refresh the status, and do not post full payment details publicly. Confirm delivery using both the order and plan information in the panel.

How do I request a refund, and what information should I provide?

VPNJW offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, explain your request in a support ticket, and include information that helps identify the order. Before submitting, review the refund terms in the Terms of Service and check the order and payment status. You can describe any issues you encountered so support can also determine whether connection help is needed, but troubleshooting is not a prerequisite you must complete on your own. Do not post payment receipts, passwords, or subscription links in public comments. Check the refund process and outcome in the panel. This page does not promise a separate processing time or provide an off-site refund payment channel.
