Service Scope
VPNJW provides subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration, with coverage in 120+ countries and 150+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; this page is not a delivery point for installers or subscription credentials.
This service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships or other benefits for third-party websites, apps, or content. Eligibility, regional rules, and content licenses for third-party services are determined by their providers. Connecting to a route does not automatically grant access rights.
Account and Subscription Rules
You can create an account without an email address using a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and imported configurations secure. Do not publish them publicly, and take responsibility for account activity you authorize. If credentials are exposed, take action in the user panel promptly and submit a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. You may use the service on devices you own or manage; this does not permit reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, or sharing access with others. Do not publicly distribute subscription links or package the service as a paid connectivity service for others.
Billing and Refund Terms
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB; data remains available until used and never expires. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a ticket in the user panel, identifying the relevant order and requesting a refund. No reason is required. Order verification is used to confirm the payment record and account ownership; it is not an additional condition restricting your refund rights.
Refund handling and progress will be confirmed through the ticket. This page does not promise an unconfirmed processing time. Once a refund is completed, the associated paid benefits end. Lawful Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where you use the service, and confirm that you are legally eligible to use the relevant network services. Do not use this service to commit fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content, access another person's systems without authorization, or engage in other unlawful activities.
Do not perform malicious scans or network attacks, send unsolicited messages in bulk, or otherwise interfere with routes, the platform, or other users' normal use. When accessing third-party services, you must also follow their terms of service; a VPNJW subscription does not replace third-party authorization.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Connection performance depends on your local network, device configuration, carrier links, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, network failures, or changes to third-party policies may cause route changes or temporary interruptions. The service does not guarantee connectivity in every situation or a fixed speed.
If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status and client configuration, then submit a support ticket with the necessary details. Do not post your complete subscription link publicly. VPNJW follows a no-logs policy; see the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious interference with the service, or account misuse, VPNJW may suspend or terminate the relevant access based on verified circumstances. If you believe this action was taken in error, explain the situation in a support ticket and request a review. These measures do not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to subscription benefits, refunds, or usage rules will be announced through the user panel. New terms will not retroactively reduce rights you have already acquired under the law. If you have questions about a change or do not accept it, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss how to proceed.
