VPNJW does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are all that is needed. The registration process does not ask you to provide an email address. Keep your login credentials secure. Authentication information is used to verify your identity, maintain your login session and manage subscription access.
This service processes your selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, subscription status and data usage to provide the service, verify payments, handle billing and process refunds. Data usage is used to manage allowances; it does not represent a record of browsing content.
Descriptions, attachments and replies submitted through support tickets are used to handle the related request. Provide only the information needed to investigate an issue, and do not submit passwords, full subscription links or sensitive payment credentials.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNJW does not log which websites users access through the subscription service, store browsing content or destinations, or retain connection histories that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account, order and data allowance records are not used to build browsing profiles.
Session states needed to maintain communication are released when a session ends and are not retained as persistent connection histories. Network maintenance focuses on service status and error types; retaining personal access histories is not used as a troubleshooting method.
Diagnostic materials users choose to submit may contain personal information. Review them and redact unrelated details before submission. The no-logs commitment in this policy does not mean that websites users visit follow the same data practices.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories and feature usage, improve content and identify page issues. Analytics are limited to this website and its interactions; they are not used to record browsing activity within the subscription service. Do not include account credentials in page URL parameters.
Cookies and browser local storage support features such as session management, login credentials and interface preferences. Credentials are sensitive data, so sign out after using a shared device.
You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies, clear site data or remove local storage. After clearing data, you may need to sign in again, and preferences may return to their defaults. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account or orders.
Payment Processing and Necessary Disclosure
VPNJW supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, whose data practices are described by the respective provider. This service receives the transaction information needed to verify orders and confirm payments. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
Transaction records on public networks are subject to the rules of those networks and are not controlled by account deletion on this website. Except where necessary to provide the service, handle user requests or meet applicable legal obligations, this service does not disclose account information for purposes unrelated to the subscription service.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Records related to orders, refunds and disputes are retained as needed for transaction verification, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and site analytics are retained only for as long as their respective purposes require; no single fixed retention period applies to these categories.
Users can submit a support ticket through the user panel to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership must be verified before processing. If there are pending orders, refunds or records that must be retained by law, we will explain the relevant limitations; other data that is no longer necessary will be deleted or de-identified. Deleting an account may affect continued use of an existing subscription.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy changes, the revised content will be posted on this page and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to data use or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Review the current version before continuing to use the service, and submit privacy questions through a panel support ticket.
